Our chef, Sheena Castellanos, graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Her specialties include but are not limited to those of the refined Floribbean cuisine and Hispanic-American foods as well as good ole southern home style cooking.

Executive Chef - Sheena Castellanos
Chef Sheena graduated with Honors from The Art Institute of Atlanta under renowned Chefs Daryl Shular & Jim Morris. Sheena has been cooking in some form or fashion since she was a little girl. She has a passion for food and is constantly looking for ways to jazz up her already amazing food. She brings 6 years of experience to our team.
Operations/Business Development - Aaron Castellanos
Aaron Castellanos has 13 years industry experience focusing on event planning and production. In 2002 he began to focus on the food side of The Grand Gourmet and has been a key factor in our continued growth. Aaron has a BA in Business Administration and is in charge of business development and operations as well as policy and procedure implementation.
Front of House - Chris Reinig
Chris brings 14 years of restaurant and customer service experience to The Grand Gourmet. Chris is in charge of all our Front of House responsibilities. Chris tended bar for several of Atlanta's finest dining establishments. Chris has been with The Grand Gourmet since 2005 and has really helped us fine tune our FOH.
Back Of House - Andrea Atkinson
Andrea is a whiz in the kitchen. She has been working with The Grand Gourmet for nearly 4 years and has brought long term stability to our kitchen. She heads up our kitchen staff and aids in the prompt hot food delivery that we pride ourselves on.
Sales & Marketing Director - Nicole Pope
Nicole came on board in 2011 and has been a great addition to our team. Nicole handles our Facebook, Blog, Website, and will soon head up our sales team. Nicole is a people person and a natural fit to expand our business through modern day media outlets. Nicole brings a flair for writing and a BA in Business to aid in our day to day operations on the sales and marketing side.
